- One Group Solutions specialise in asbestos and hazardous waste removal. This ranges from small residential works up to large scale industrial and demolition projects. We have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the removal of all types of asbestos products, meaning we can remove the hazardous material using the safest and most cost-effective methods available.
- Our projects range from full removal works to encapsulation and management options and our experience with understanding and anticipating client requirements comes from working with blue chip and tier 1 clients as well as directly for homeowners.
Land Remediation
- At One Group Solutions we have wealth of experience carrying out soil remediation projects of many different sizes and types to cater to the needs and specific scope of our clients.
- We work to the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012: Interpretation for Managing and Working with Asbestos in Soil and Construction & Demolition materials: Industry Guidance (CAR-SOIL) and can carry out soil remediation in a number of ways (including full removals and on site cleaning) that suit the needs of the client.
- We use on site works and specialist supply chain partners to arrange for soil classifications using soil analysis testing and WAC testing in order to properly classify and dispose of waste appropriately. We can also arrange for total characterisation of land to identify hazardous materials and contaminated hot spots to a depth that suits the needs of the client.
Surveys & Management
- One Group Solutions work with and manage supply cain partners to undertake asbestos surveys to identify building materials that pose a risk to health.
- This service can include:
- Full refurbishment and demolition surveys
- Management surveys
- Targeted surveys for specific areas within a building,
- Suspect material (bulk sample analysis).
- This allows the correct management for building habitation or planning works safely when refurbishing or removing building elements.
Demolition & Strip Out
- Here at One Group Solutions we can offer a full package for building renovation or demolition using in house labour and our specialist supply chain and working partners. We are capable of providing, assisting and managing works from soft strip services to remove interior elements all the way up to full safe demolition and removal of building waste.
- We would always try to recycle and reuse building elements where possible to maintain a high level of environmental friendliness.
Reinstatement
- One group solutions offer a reinstatement service that we can employ to replace or repair building elements.
- Usually hazardous materials are in place for a reason (firebreaks, insulation etc.) when removed these will often need to be replaced. We are happy to be able to offer this service in order to provide a full package when looking at works.
Consultancy
- Our team of environmental consultant specialists look beyond hazardous risk and substance identification and focus on helping you to understand the process of compliance and ongoing management of asbestos in your buildings and assets.
